Submissions Policies

PicassoArtContest.Com accepts art-works from 6 to 19 years old artists. Children who do not own e-mail addresses are allowed to send art-works through their parents or close relatives’ e-mail addresses. All submissions are subject to administrative approval and we may refuse, reject, or unpublish an artcall submission at our discretion should we feel that it is not appropriate for our gallery. We may also refuse, reject, delete, or ban Submitters from using our system. We do not provide any form of tracking or analytics for any of the art calls published in our system.

Privacy Policy

PicassoArtContest.Com collects personal information such as name, date of birth, address, and email address upon registrations. Children may take help of their parents for participation and also they can use their parents e-mail addresses as we accept entries from children as  small as 6 years old. We assume that if the child is less than 15 years old then he must be using his parents e-mail address. All personal financial information entered during purchases is collected and processed by our merchant processors (PayPal and Instamojo) and is not stored on any server of PicassoArtContest.Com. We send the winners’ Certificates in digital format only. This certificate is for personal use only. These certificates are designed by graphic designers and not approved by any government authorities. PicassoArtContest.Com respects your privacy and will not sell any personal information to any companies or businesses that are not directly owned or operated by PicassoArtContest.Com. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, PicassoArtContest.Com reserves the right to use collected information to solicit visitors, subscribers, submitters, and advertisers with Art List service announcements, new feature announcements, advertisements, promotions, and product updates. Please note the privacy policies of our merchant processor, any content submitter, or advertisements in our website and newsletters may be different from our own.
