PICASSO ART CONTEST is a prestigious international online art competition open to children and young adults aged 6 to 19. We also offer specialized contests for younger participants aged 2 to 6. Established with the mission to inspire and nurture artistic talent, our platform has welcomed participants from over 76 countries, including the USA, UK, India, UAE, and Malaysia. Our community has grown to attract art enthusiasts from more than 129 countries worldwide.
Our Journey
Founded in 2012, Picasso Art Contest began as a platform to encourage creativity among young artists. We are proud to be registered under the Government of India as Picasso Creative Skills. To ensure a smooth and fast user experience, our website is hosted in Atlanta, USA.

ICE-PAPA: A unique Judgement process:
ICE-PAPA is a framework for evaluating paintings that focuses on seven main criteria:-
Innovation: Does the painting bring something new or unique to the art world?
Creativity: Is the painting creatively composed and visually interesting?
Engaging: Does the painting engage the viewer and draw them in?
Perfection: Is the painting technically well-executed with a high level of skill and attention to detail
Age of Artist: Is the age of the artist taken into consideration when evaluating the painting?
Presentation: Is the painting presented in a way that enhances its visual impact and overall appeal?
Artistic Ability: Does the painting demonstrate the artist’s ability to create a visually appealing and impactful work of art?
